Dr. Dobson served as “Chief of Surgery” and “Director of the Surgical Residency Training Program” during his surgical career. He received the honorary title of “Fellow" with the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Society of Cosmetic Breast Surgery, and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
